Nestled in the hills out side of Carcasonne, with a beautiful hill side drive leading up to it, the terrace has beautiful views of rolling hills. A simple menu with all the classics you would expect it is a lovely spot for a romantic evening or a chilled dinner with friends.
This delightful little canal side restaurant serves many of the French classics as well as some more English style menu. The English couple who run the place are friendly and welcoming creating the kind of environment you are happy to while away a few hours in, enjoying their well priced local wine list.

Not strictly speaking a restaurant as it is only open to guests, La Belle Eco offers a unique dining experience. Offering a tantalizing set menu, eaten around the table with new friends in the most idyllic setting, surrounded by an enchanted ancient forest with the sound of bird song. The delicious menu is devised by the in house chef who takes the lead from our no dig garden ensuring that all ingredients are local, fresh and not only organic but grown in a regenerative way ensuring that we are actively giving back to nature.
