The Menu:

• Starter: Trout crudo with braised green leek and roasted garden raddish.

• Main: Slow-roasted organic lamb with seasonal vegetables & foraged greens.

• Dessert: Tarta de Pascua. Traditional galician Almond cake served with seasonal fruits and lightly whipped cream.

More than just organic we ensure that all of our ingredients come from sources who are actively feeding back to the eco-systems that are providing our food.
